1. Complete the order
form
First you must agree to our Terms
& Conditions, then select your chosen "home"
country, provide your credit/debit card details and your
address. If
you have any questions please contact
us.
2. Confirmation of the order
You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
3. Payment
The purchase fee and delivery charge will be
charged to your chosen credit/debit card before the SIM
card is despatched. After this initial charge you will
not pay any further monthly line rental charges. You
will only be billed for your calls.
4. Delivery
Mobell will deliver the SIM card by recorded delivery
to your credit card billing address anywhere in the world
for only £2. If it is too late to arrange delivery
to your credit card billing address, we may be able to
offer 'Special
UK delivery'
. Delivery times may vary dependent on the country the
SIM card is to be delivered
to.
5. Activation
When you receive your SIM card you will be asked to fill
in an online activation form, your SIM card will then
be activated within one working day.
6. Call charges
All call charges will be taken by credit/debit card as
and when Mobell receives the details from the foreign
networks. You will receive statements and itemised bills
detailing the charges.
