Mobell has been involved in mobile
telecommunications for well over a decade. This
is quite a rarity for an industry that is still
relatively young and evolving at such a lightning
rate. This fast paced environment has seen the
development of many new companies, all fighting
to offer a similar range of services. However,
many cannot attain the high level of support that
Mobell achieves simply because they do not have
the same breadth of experience.
Mobell
was conceived in the UK during the mid-1980s
when mobile technology initially became commercially
available, its first telephone was connected
in February 1989. From these small beginnings
Mobell has continued to grow in size, status
and services.

A US
office was opened early in 1995 followed by
a Japanese office early in 2000. Booming business
in Asia has led to Mobell also opening two
shops in Japan, one in 2002 and then another
in 2003.
This established
global presence means that Mobell is able to keep
up with the constant changes in the mobile industry
and introduce new services as they become available.
To date,
alongside Great British SIM sales, Mobell provides
both international mobile
phone rental and satellite
phone rental. We are also one of only several
UK
companies chosen to be a service provider for O2.
The plan
for the future is simply to continue this trend
of expansion and maintain our solid reputation within
the mobile telecommunications industry.
